Sylvia is a beautiful double layered strapless dress made with silk organza embroidered in ivory polka dots and duchess satin. It comes with a waistband featuring a cute ice blue satin bow.

Dresses are made to order, and so changes can be made, straps, different length, or even in a different colour.
